New Features in Oracle 9i You would be thinking why am I writing about Oracle 9i now when it is on the verge of being deprecated. But the features I am going to write about here will most probably be there in next few versions also. Moreover Oracle is such a beast that it is impossible to know about all the features in details for each release. I still find something new in Oracle9i every now and then. I don't indend to just point out the feature. I intend to tell you, here is how the feature works, here is how to use it, here is some good things about it and here is some bad things about it. More of a practical guide on how to use these features effectively in your enterprise. |
